A quote builder with saved clients, sections, a library of items, optional extras and quantities the client can change, recurring fees, line and quote-wide discounts, extra charges, tax-inclusive rates and round-off. India GST by place of supply (CGST + SGST, CGST + UTGST or IGST) with GSTIN checks and HSN/SAC per line, or one VAT/sales tax, in any currency. Numbering per kind (QT, EST, PI, by year or Indian financial year); revisions keep the number. The client opens the quote in the brand, ticks options, accepts with a typed or drawn signature, declines or asks for changes, and then sees the advance, a pay link and a UPI QR. A daily cron expires old quotes and sends follow-ups; an accepted quote becomes a proforma invoice in one click.
