Purpose and boundaries
Nested folders and any file type; drag in files or whole folders (over 10 MB they go up as R2 multipart in 10 MB parts), keep versions, preview images, PDF, video, audio, text, code and Office files, and search names, notes, AI summaries and tags and the words inside text and Office files. Share links can be view only, view and download, or upload only (file requests), with a password, an end date, a download limit and a QR code, and they wear the domain's brand from Brand Kits. A 30-day trash brings folders back with everything in them. Files are in R2 (drive-catalog-files) and folders, versions, links and history in D1 (drive-catalog-db). drives.appneural.com holds every domain's drive; drive.<domain> holds one domain's drive only, behind its own passcode.
