Purpose and boundaries
Drop in invoices, contracts, GST and tax papers, licences, payslips, certificates, brand files and technical documents, many at once (up to 25 MB each). Each file is checked against its type, stored once (a SHA-256 catches duplicates) and filed at once by its name; then Claude (claude-opus-5-5) reads the PDF, image or the text of a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file and sets the category and subcategory, a clear title, a summary, tags, the document and expiry dates, who issued it, its reference number and the business it belongs to. Everything filed automatically waits on Review until the owner accepts it, and what the owner sets is never moved again. Identity, KYC and medical papers, and any category marked sensitive, are never sent to AI. Twelve categories with subcategories to start, editable; search, filters, Expiring soon, previews, versions, history and a 30-day trash. documents.appneural.com holds every business; doc.<domain> holds one business's documents only.
