Purpose and boundaries
Each domain gets its own community in its brand at community.<domain>: spaces that are public, members-only or private; discussions, questions with accepted answers, polls and events with RSVPs and reminders; replies, reactions, mentions, follows and full-text search. Members join openly, by request or by invite, with roles, points, nine levels and a leaderboard, a notification bell, emails and a weekly digest. Moderation holds posts with blocked words, too many links or from new members, hides posts after reports and keeps a log; Claude checks new posts for spam and abuse, sums up threads, drafts answers for the team, helps members write and suggests posts. The team manages spaces, members, invites, moderation and insights from the dashboard; a website widget, a public API and signed webhooks connect it to the business's site.
