Purpose and boundaries
Visitors press Call now on the website widget and talk from the browser over Cloudflare Realtime, with no phone number and no call charge; the call rings every page of the app and the phone app for whoever is taking internet calls, the first to answer gets it, and a missed call with a number goes to the callback queue. For phone numbers, Twilio and Plivo run the IVR from the app and Exotel calls its Passthru and Connect URLs: menus, business hours, ring groups, the caller's last agent, VIP checks, collect digits, extensions, webhooks, voicemail and callbacks, built from templates or described to Claude and tested in the browser. Calls ring the team's own mobiles with a whisper, click-to-call rings your phone first and shows the business number, a paired phone syncs calls made on its own SIM, and call logs import from SMS Backup & Restore or CSV. Recordings are transcribed by Workers AI and summarised by Claude; contacts, call lists, dispositions, reports, a website widget with callback forms, an API, signed webhooks and team sign-in on call.<domain>.
